The Star Wars universe can be pretty divisive at times: Did Han shoot first (yes, he absolutely did). Was Jar Jar Binks the bad guy the entire time (totally, he helped give Darth Sidious his emergency powers to initiate the Jedi kill order 66). Did the Ewoks feast upon dead Stormtroopers after the battle of Endor (WTF, no. Well, maybe…).
One aspect of the universe, however, that most of its fandom can agree with, however, was that 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was a fantastic video game. It marked a rare high point for film-to-videogame adaptations, and this marked the Star Wars series’ return to consoles.

Set between Episodes III and IV (Anakin is now Darth Vader, Luke is still playing with womp rats), the game tells the story of Kal Kestis, a Padawan who managed to survive Order 66.
With the Empire hunting down all remaining Jedi, Kal has to explore a series of planets (some new, some fans will have seen before) to uncover hidden Sith secrets and (hopefully) stay alive long enough for this to become a trilogy of games.

Once again, the game features intense lightsaber battles and impressive use of Force abilities. Add in a storyline that was written by the same minds behind both Marvel and Star Wars comics, and it should please even the most die-hard fans.

This also marks the first time the series will appear on next-generation consoles; which means even better graphical worlds for you to Force jump and wall-run around in.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will release on PlayStation 5, Windows and Xbox Series X/S on April 28.
