Offering an immersive dining experience for movie buffs and food-lovers alike, The Director’s Club tells the stories of the people behind the lens while you sit in front of your plate.
Pictures of Warner Bros.’ incredible address book of directors—think Clint Eastwood, Christopher Nolan, Patty Jenkins, James Wan—fill the walls and legendary movie scripts hang from the ceiling. You are surrounded by stories. And as you settle into comfortable leather seating, surrounded by dark wood, it’s enough to transport you. But this swanky ‘meatery’ isn’t just about looks, it serves perfectly-aged cuts from charcoal grills and boasts a complete wine list.
Taking advantage of the clement winter weather, The Director’s Club is also stepping outdoors with a new weekly brunch. Every Saturday, you’ll get to enjoy everything that makes The Director’s Club what it is, all while enjoying live entertainment and the kind of brunch experience the country has become famous for. From the tower of beverages, to the mouthwatering smorgasbord of shared appetisers—including the signature beef tartare, truffle mac and cheese croquettes, old bay prawn po’ boys and oysters Rockefeller—the stage is set for some storytelling of your own.
The homage to the longstanding culture of American steakhouses doesn’t stop there. Included in the brunch menu is every kind of meat you can imagine—from Tomahawk to Josper-grilled flank steak and chipotle-BBQ braised lamb shank to smoked beef brisket. If that all sounds daunting, vegetarian and vegan options are also available. The Americana doesn’t stop there–New York Cheesecake, key lime pie and s’mores rounding off the third act.
And if brunch isn’t your thing, worry not! The Director’s Cut, a special dinner offering, allows you to choose three premium cuts off the menu, paired with some grape of your choice and a side dish. The Director’s Club celebrates the cinematic universe of Warner Bros. and it takes its menu as seriously as any other steakhouse. And that’s a story worth telling.
Brunch at The Director’s Club is every Saturday between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Brunch options range from AED 295 to AED 495. The Director’s Cut Dinner starts at AED 450.
