Multiple award winning Spanish chef, Paco Morales, is bringing his culinary excellence to the glittering sands of Dubai. Located in the recently opened architectural phenomenon, The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel, Qabu by Paco Morales will take guests on gastronomical adventure of history, culture, and inimitable, Andalusian flavours.

In an interview, when asked about his decision to open up an ‘eating history experience’ in Dubai, Morales noted: “There is a link between Córdoba and the Islamic world. Dubai is a city of connections and a crossroads. Córdoba was called the City of Light, and I believe that Dubai is the City of Light.”
Qabu, which means vault or cellar in Arabic, is a place where ingredients are stored, and in this case, a place where taste buds rejoice.

Situated at the end of the cantilever inside The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel, the magnetic interior offer panoramic views of the glittering Dubai skyline. The menu, an ode to history and innovation, offers two separate selections: Al Andalus, a delectable affair featuring eight culinary sensations, and for those hoping for a more personalised menu, a la carte options are also available, ensuring that every palate gets the care it deserves.

One&Only One Za’abeel, comprised of two towers connected by a structure known as ‘The Link’ is the latest architectural masterpiece to grace the Dubai skyline, and Qabu by Paco Morales is yet another addition to its list of spectacular restaurants.
With multiple awards his belt for his restaurant Noor in Cordoba, Spain, one can only imagine what culinary marvels Chef Morales will unveil at this new, Dubai haven.
