In the heart of Dubai’s International Financial Centre, a new culinary destination is set to make its mark. Siena Dubai, the Paris-born restaurant renowned for its understated elegance and Tuscan charm, opens at Gate Village 7 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
The venture is a meeting of minds: Mehdi Abdelhedi, the visionary behind Siena Paris, joins forces with Rizwan Kassim, CEO of Paris Society, blending French savoir-faire with local insight. “In a time that calls for a more considered pace, Siena is about bringing people together,” says Kassim. “Dubai demonstrates strength and stability as a global hub, bringing together cultures and perspectives from around the world. In partnership with Mehdi, introducing Siena to the city is a deliberate step, building on a concept that has resonated in Paris while adapting it to a market that values community.”
First introduced in Paris in May 2023, Siena comes to Dubai’s International Financial Centre as a natural extension of the concept, joining the district’s dining landscape with a focus on continuity, warmth, and understated elegance, where Parisian sensibility meets the timeless charm of Tuscany.
The menu is a love letter to Italy: linguine all’astice, focaccina all’astice, pizzetta al salmone e caviale, carpaccio di manzo, Siena rigatoni, and the classic tiramisu. Ingredients are carefully sourced from small producers to ensure every bite carries authenticity and care.
Step inside Siena Dubai, and the interior tells a story of its own. Tuscan frescoes, sculpted moldings, marble tables, and bespoke chandeliers create a glamorous yet inviting atmosphere. Interior architect Laleh Amir Assefi retains Siena Paris’s identity while weaving in contemporary elegance suited to Dubai. Even the bird-shaped chandeliers hint at the restaurant’s playful sophistication.
From daylight lunches to evening cocktails, Siena Dubai invites guests into a reimagined la dolce vita. As night falls, the restaurant embraces its Parisian alter ego: velvet booths, flowing cocktails, and live DJs spinning house and disco.
