Armani/Ristorante at the Armani Hotel has launched it’s Truffle Two Ways menu celebrating all that is good with the Italian delicacy. This month, and until the truffle season ends mid-December, the restaurant is serving up a choice of two seven-course menus specially devised by Head Chef, Alessandro Salvatico offering a classic or contemporary degustation experience featuring both earthy black and fragrant white truffles. Indulge in a parmesan and truffle crème brûlée with sweet garlic cappuccino alongside seared scampi with topinambour cream, Brussels sprouts and black truffle, and desserts including a signature white truffle Sphere.
The details: Lobby Level, Dhs900 for a seven-course menu exclusive of beverages, 7pm to 11pm until mid-December (or when the truffle season finishes)
