Moroccan-born pop artist Hassan Hajjaj and restaurateur Mourad ‘MOMO’ Mazouz (the man behind Almaz by Momo in Harvey Nichols Dubai and Derrière in Paris), are partnering up again. The long-time friends will be putting on a pop-up restaurant at Meet d3, an event running from April 2 – 4th introducing the city to the Dubai Design District. Concocting yet another colourful culinary collaboration, the two will offer a feast to nourish the senses in an eclectic restaurant that will be decked out with Hajjaj’s trademark style of recycled North African objects and pop-culture references. You’ll be able to sample culinary delights from the Parisian-Algerian restaurateur Mazouz while listening to a mixture of musicians from around the region throughout the three days.
