Spicy lamb hotdogs with coleslaw , tomato chutney and fried shallots – as shown by Tom & Serg

You’ll need
6pcs spicy lamb sausage
6pcs hot dog buns
100grms red cabbage, julienne
30grms carrots, julienne
450ml mayonnaise
60grm yellow mustard
40g fried shallots
200g tomato chutney

*In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, red cabbage, carrots and salt and pepper to taste.

*Heat a frying pan and cook the sausage until golden brown.

*Cut the hot dog bun lengthwise and warm it up in the oven 

*Place the warmed hotdog bun on a basket line with parchment paper , spread the tomato chutney in the bun, place the lamb sausage , top it with coleslaw , yellow mustard and finish with fried crispy shallots
