Dubai is back in full swing—and Coya has returned just in time. As the hustle of everyone’s favourite season bustles on, one of Dubai’s best-loved restaurants has undergone a gorgeous renovation, revealing a bespoke interior and ambiance that you’re not going to want to miss.
So, what’s changed exactly? Honestly, it’s more a question of what hasn’t. While the DNA of the brand remains the same, Coya Dubai now presents a 360-degre immersive experience, while keeping its same upbeat vibe throughout the open-plan restaurant and Pisco Bar.

Elevated by the iconic skyline views of Downtown Dubai, the new layout features elevated neutral tones and Peruvian artefacts, all enhanced with intimately designed details and luxurious elements throughout.
Each added details bring out the enchanting South American soul of the spot, including Peruvian antique mirrors gilded handmade and hand carved wooden panels, Inca carvings on wooden tables, wrought iron screening details and plush Italian fabric wallpapers.

And before you even think of it, yes, they still offer the top-ranked menu of authentic Peruvian cuisine—ceviche, anticuchos and guacamole abound.
That doesn’t mean that there’s no additions to the menu, of course, as the restaurant also unveiled a brand-new curated menu for the Pisco Bar. Leaning in on their own homemade pisco infusions, the most iconic of all Latin American spirits, the team have used the new menu to take the art of mixology to even greater heights, paying homage to the founding days of Coya through a vibrant colour palette and design details.
The ambiance as always will emanate first from the DJ booth, but that has moved too—right to the center of the music-focused restaurant, with a line up of DJs and artists set to perform without the year.
We’ll see you there.
