A tasty Peruvian comes to Dubai

From Zuma co-founder Arjun Waney, this modern Peruvian restaurant was one of several places to help kickstart the Peruvian food trend in London a couple of years ago. Now Dubai can get a taste as it opens a branch at Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach.

The cuisine is largely composed of ceviche, tiraditos (thinly sliced raw fish) and anticuchos (small skewers of grilled meat and fish) but they also have interesting desserts, including a sweetcorn ice cream. Fans of Toro Toro may just have their new favourite place and the on-site pisco (the brandy that’s Peru’s national drink) bar should seal it for a night of Peruvian revelry.
