As Japan’s iconic sakura trees bloom with cherry blossom, the renowned Chef Reif Othman is back to craft a beautiful culinary moment in Dubai that pays homage to the famous festival of flowers.
This month at Dragonfly – the contemporary Japanese restaurant inside The Lana Promenade by Dorchester Collection – Othman gives guests an extraordinary opportunity to sample some of his most exciting and elegant dishes.
Dinner with Reif – Sakura Edition takes place on Wednesday April 23 from 8pm to 11pm and presents four expertly designed courses paired with a signature Mercy cocktail topped with delicate sakura foam. Highlights of the menu include tuna tartare, spinach salad, hamachi carpaccio, king crab, prawn and chicken gyoza, baked baby chicken, and wagyu beef, followed by refreshing sakura gelato.
Inspired by floral beauty and made from premium ingredients, the special set menu is priced at AED 428 per person. For extra Japanese flavour, the dining experience can be paired with a superb selection of sake for an additional AED 198 per person.
