There are a few different types of room, from the Premium Garden – which boasts a spacious bedroom with direct access to your very own wooden decked terrace – to the Deluxe Marine, a beautiful room that provides guests with a unique view of the stunning cove that hides away the resort’s private beach.
However, our favourite room must surely be the Premium Azure Suite. This two-bedroom suite was designed to have not just a single terrace, but three. Each gives you access to a private garden, which can double as an entertainment space any time of day.
While there are various dining spots within the resort, Ayva Restaurant deservers a special mention. It serves up contemporary and regional Italian cuisine at its finest, all on its signature terrace that overlooks that island studded horizon. Each day restaurant staff visit the Yalikavak fish market to pick up the catch of the day, before transforming it into a selection of delectable signature dishes. Equally suited to romantic couples and groups of friends alike, you can order dishes to be placed in the middle of each table to be shared.
After dinner, it’s also worth visiting the Mandalina Bar – which provides guests an amazing opportunity to take in the gorgeous Yalikavak sunset in style, with a nice drink and tunes played live by famous DJs.
