Mohamed Ramadan has dropped a music video and track to inspire Garena Free Fire gamers across the Middle East and North Africa.
The Song, entitled “The Champion” was launched ahead of the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2021 in Singapore, with the finals happening today.
The teams that have qualified are VIP Esports & DEA, who finished as champs and runners up in Garena Free Fire Arab League Season 3 respectively.

The song is about working hard, embracing challenges and overcoming obstacles to become a champ in Garena Free Fire.
Mohamed Ramadan, who co-produced the song, himself became the first Arab playable character in the game last month.
“When people speak to me about the success I have achieved in life, I always tell them that it’s a result of all the hard work I have put into chasing my desire and ambition to be the best at whatever I do – be it acting, music or anything in life in general,” says Ramadan.
“Fame, success, and money have all been just a by-product of my hard work and that’s what I want to convey to all my fans through this song. Determination and perseverance are the key factors needed to be a champion in real life. Trust in God is success. I hope the song will inspire both MENA teams to do their best and be proud of their achievements, regardless of the result. I wish VIP Esports & DEA the best of luck – do MENA proud at the World Series!”
The song composed by Arab superstars by RedOne and Adil Khayat, has an English sung by Frankie J while the English lyrics were written by RedOne and Arabic lyrics written by Ahmed inzaghi. The song was mastered and mixed by Steph.
The release of “The Champion” comes a few months after Mohamed Ramadan’s nomination in the ‘Listeners Choice’ category of the 2021 MTV Africa Music Awards. Most recently, the Egyptian star also performed in the virtual Africa Day concert, produced by MTV Base Africa, having been featured as part of the ‘Artist Spotlight’.
Ramadan appears on the May cover of Esquire Middle East, discussing what appearing in the game meant to him.

“I’m so happy to be in Free Fire, because it’s the first time I’ve ever been in a game. Games are different from songs, and there’s a lot of people who don’t listen to songs or watch movies. I’m happy to finally reach gamers, because I probably couldn’t have reached a lot of them with my singing or acting. They are a new category to themselves—they are the gamers,” Ramadan told Esquire Middle East.
Saadallah Djamal Eddine, the captain of the finalist team VIP Esports, was moved by Ramadan’s release of the song to movivate their team.
“We are motivated after receiving such encouragement from Mohamed Ramadan, we can’t believe it. It is a few days to the biggest day of our esports lives and listening to The Champion song will be a huge inspiration for us. The song will definitely be on repeat over the next few days!”
