Iron Maiden is coming to Dubai next year. The band’s visit makes up part of their Legacy of the Beast World Tour.
As the name suggests, the world tour celebrates the legacy of the band, it is dubbed as a “history/hits tour”, so Dubai-residents can expect electrifying numbers like The Trooper, Run To The Hills, and Number of the Beast.
The National reports that this world tour, the latest in the band’s 40 year tenure, is seen as the most extravagant and crowd-pleasing to date. Awesome photos from the Estonia-leg of their world tour show the 60-year old musicians dressed in leather, surrounded by fire, and back-dropped by colossal set pieces.

The Legacy of the Beast tour has been going on since 2018, with the band selling out at any country or continent they lay their guitars. The band began in Estonia, heading to a new city almost every three days for two years straight.
They’ve been everywhere from London, to Quebec, to Buenos Aires. TimeOut Dubai reinforces it is the band’s biggest production to date and nearly two million fans have bought tickets so far.
Iron Maiden are some of the longest-standing musicians in the game, starting in East London, the band now have thirty nine albums, made up of 16 studio albums, 12 live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations.
The band is made up of Steve Harris (bassist, founding member and primary songwriter), Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Bruce Dickinson, Nicko McBrain and Janick Gers. Each member is well into their 60s.

It’s estimated in their long career they’ve played more than 2,000 live shows.
The group were last in the emirates way back in 2007 for the Dubai Desert Rock Festival, they then headlined their own show again in Dubai in 2009.
They’re set to perform on May 27, 2020 at the Coca-Cola Arena right here in Dubai. The band assures tickets will go on sale November 14.
