Launched on December 22, 2025, at DRIFT Dubai, Maison Goose represents the brand’s first activation of its kind in the Middle East. It arrives as part of the global ‘Make time wait’ campaign, which reimagines DRIFT’s Sea Lounge as a Riviera-inspired coastal retreat.
Quickly becoming a go-to sundowner spot in the city, you can choose between playing backgammon at the Sea Lounge, enjoying a game of Pétanque (another French classic), or even opting for The Maison Goose Boat experience, which offers an even more elevated touch of class.
Guests are picked up by the Maison Goose Club Car and guided from One&Only Royal Mirage to the beach, where the ultimate dinner experience awaits on board The Maison Goose Boat. It provides an intimate dockside setting for up to six guests, centred on a six-course menu led by the chef that focuses on fresh, locally inspired flavours, along with exclusive cocktails and food pairings.
At the centre of it all is Le Zoé Spritz, inspired by the brand’s wider campaign and named in line with its global debut featuring actor Zoe Saldaña. It’s a light, refreshing serve that incorporates strawberry juice and lemon and is garnished with fresh berries and thyme, perfectly fitting into the golden hour brief.
