One of the youngest property developers in Egypt, Ahmed Mansour is on a mission to bridge the gap between real-estate dreams and reality.

With a slew of high-value real estate projects spread across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, you’d be forgiven for thinking Ahmed Mansour has been at his job for a few decades. But, incredibly, Mansour is just 32 years old, making him one of the youngest—and most successful—real estate developers in Egypt.

As the CEO of top real-estate firm CRED, Mansour has wasted no time making a name for himself in the market. Immediately after graduating from university in 2010, he jumped right in, participating in the development of a series of upscale projects across the Middle East. He also plays a role beyond his company, as an acting member of the Real Estate Development Chamber in the Federation of Egyptian Industries.

Mansour has turned his youth into an asset, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the projects he oversees with the stated mission to “bridge the gap between real-estate dreams and make them a reality.”
