Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for its new crime thriller: The Little Things.
The film stars three previous Academy Award winners, including Denzel Washington, Rami Malek and Jared Leto.
According to the film’s description, The Little Things follows two police officers on the hunt for a serial killer as ongoing murders occur around them. Washington plays the role of Deputy Sheriff Joe Deacon, who is sent to Los Angeles on a different assignment, but gets drawn into the murder investigations led by Malek’s character, Sergeant Baxter.
The duo track down a potential suspect played by Jared Leto, but the journey takes a dark turn when secrets from Washington’s character are uncovered.
The three Oscar winners will be joined by Natalie Morales, Terry Kinney, Chris Bauer, and Michael Hyatt. The Blind Side’s John Lee Hancock is in the director’s chair.
The Little Things is scheduled for release in theatres and on HBO Max streaming on January 29.
