This is the latest in Steve McQueen’s Small Axe series and stars John Boyega as a man who tries to become a police officer after seeing his father being attacked by the cops.
It is sure to be a poignant reminder of racism of our time. It is not quite right to say that Small Axe is an ‘episode’ per se, as it is basically its own standalone movie.
Small Axe: Red, White and Blue will land on Amazon Prime Video on December 4th.
