Bruce Wayne makes his Arrowverse debut during this year’s Crisis on Infinite Earths

The studio behind popular DC television shows The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow, has said Bruce Wayne will be centre stage during this year’s annual crossover event – Crisis on Infinite Earths.

The man taking up the caped crusader mantle is no stranger to playing the character, albeit is more used to lending his voice to Batman/Bruce Wayne in countless television cartoons, animated feature films and video games.

The legendary voice behind Batman in The Animated Series will play a Bruce Wayne from the future in the five-part Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover. For the first time, characters from Black Lightning will also make their debut.

As per statement from the CW, this crossover is set to be its biggest ever. “This coming season, The CW will present its biggest DC crossover ever with Crisis on Infinite Earths airing across five different episodes of the network’s hit superhero series and spanning two quarters.”

Here’s the full schedule below:

Supergirl – December 8
Batwoman – December 9
The Flash – December 10
Arrow – January 14
Legends of Tomorrow – January 14

It does beg the question that if there exists an earth where Bruce Wayne has aged – perhaps that leaves room for the CW to kick-off a separate Batman Beyond series. They have oft used its crossover events to kick off new series.
