Whether or not you’re a fan of Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen (the film, 2019), or his recent spinoff Netflix series (2024), one thing is unquestionable: everybody on the show is dressed unbelievably cool. And adding to the Savile Row aesthetic, nothing says English gentleman like a good cup of tea, something the team at Avantcha Tea, and three other luxury brands, clearly picked up on.

Joining forces with streaming giant, Netflix, this partnership offers an exclusive collection of products fit for the most refined English gentleman, one that’ll make you feel as cool as an ass-kicking aristocrat like Theo James, Vinnie Jones or Ray Winstone.

As part of the Gentlemen Collection Capsule, Avantcha has created a unique tea blend for each leading man: a classic Earl Grey for ‘good guy’ Eddie and a spicy Chocolate Chili for his ‘bad boy’ brother, Freddy.

Naturally, as this is a show about refined, ass-kicking Englishman, the partnership also includes Ettinger London, Truefitt & Hill, Henry Poole & Co, and, obviously, Savile Row.

The remake of the 2019 film of the same name starring Matthew McConaughey sees Ritchie returning to his brash talking, English gangster flicks for which he became famous in the late 1990’s with the genre defining Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels. This was followed by Snatch, featuring Brad Pitt speaking a dialect no one has ever heard before. This indirect trilogy concluded with (arguably the best of the three) RocknRolla, featuring a pre-Bane Tom Hardy, right before he became the most famous actor in Hollywood, and former cover star, Idris Elba.

Whatever Ritchie vehicle is the best is up for debate, but one thing is for certain, one could make a very good argument that Ritchie delivers the best movie soundtracks in modern film history.
