Renowned Egyptian comedian Bassem Youssef, a former heart surgeon turned comedy sensation, will bring his comedic genius to Abu Dhabi on November 25, 2023, for a side-splitting Arabic performance at Theatre by Erth.
Having rocketed to fame as the host of satire show AlBernameg – the former Esquire Middle East cover star is often referred to as the Middle East’s answer to Jon Stewart.
In the time leading up to the Arab Spring, AlBernameg became the most-watched program in the Middle East, capturing viewers’ hearts and earning widespread acclaim.
A multi-lingual, and multi-talented comedian, Youssef’s upcoming live comedy show in Abu Dhabi will be in Arabic, and if people in the UAE cannot make that, he will also be appearing at the Sharjah International Book Fair on November 10 as a speaker.
