Universal Studios Japan is about to finish a massive Super Nintendo World expansion.
A new photo published by The Sankei News shows a top-down look at the amusement park, and it’s nearly completed.
Guests will enter via Peach Castle – at the bottom left corner of the park. From there, punters will be able to access Toad’s House and various other structures that reference various stages from some of Super Nintendo’s most beloved video game franchises.
The park is dotted with coin blocks, scaffolding holes, tunnels, Piranha Plants, mushrooms, trees and other video game landscapes.
Rides include a Mario Kart track, and other Nintendo 64 polygonal design areas.
Universal Studios Japan’s Super Nintendo World will open next March or April, ahead of the Olympics.
