Even more sad news is that Hart was not alone in the car and therefore not the only one to sustain injuries. He was joined by a man named Jared Black, who was driving, and another passenger named Rebecca Broxterman.
The California Highway Patrol has explained that:
"Black immediately lost control of the vehicle and the Plymouth left the road and rolled over down the northern embankment,"
Like Hart, Black, who also goes by Jared Stanton, is said to have sustained "massive back injuries" and has been taken to the UCLA Medical Center, his exact condition is also unknown at the moment. Broxterman was the only one to leave the accident with no injuries, saying that she felt some pain but nothing else.
Broxterman is the founder of her eponymous RebeccaBroxFit brand. She's a well-known personal trainer who has worked with numerous celebs, one of which is Hart's wife, Eniko Parrish Hart. Broxterman has been featured on Parrish Hart's Instagram page as recently as July this year.
Black is the fiancé of Broxterman, little is known about him as he leads a fairly quiet life. He does have an IMDb page which details him as a producer, actor and director. His works include Delirium (2015), Vigilante Diaries (2016), and Red Letter (2018). The couple have been engaged since June.
It has been confirmed that Black was not under the influence when the crash occurred.
