In an exclusive video from TMZ, Logan Paul has announced the hotly anticipated boxing rematch ‘IS’ happening and it’s going down in L.A. later this year. Logan Paul once listed three destinations he’d consider boxing, two of those have now been met. Is Dubai next?
Remember last year in August when two YouTubers had a grudge boxing match and it got like 75 million viewers? It’s going to happen again.
KSI, one of the UK’s top YouTubers and Logan Paul, one of the US’s top, fought it out in a six-round Pay-Per-View boxing match at Manchester Arena. To few peoples’ surprise, the match ended in a draw, meaning another match was around the corner.
TMZ managed to track down Paul recently at a celebrity charity boxing match. TMZ also managed to squeeze some details out about this second match.
Paul says the fight will “definitely” take place in L.A. and the venue is down to either the Staples Center or The Forum, two massive arenas. He also said the fight will happen in November or December.
As for KSI, Logan says “KSI’s a bi**h, bro! I mean it!”
Paul also says KSI hasn’t been taking his boxing training seriously — and “he looks like a f**king meatball right now.”
So a second fight is in the works, first in the UK, next in the US, time for some investigating.
Back in February 2018 when Paul first announced the first fight to happen, he said they were considering three locations: The UK, The US or Dubai.
Well, the UK has already happened, the US is about to happen, we foresee a ‘second’ rematch to happen maybe in 2020.
Paul said Dubai stands as a “neutral” location for both men, meeting in the middle quite literally.
The Manchester Area has a capacity of around 21,000. There are more than enough stadiums in Dubai or Abu Dhabi to house that many fans, if not more.
We have Zabeel Stadium that fits 18K, we have Sharjah Stadium that fits 20K, we have Hazza bin Zayed Stadium that fits 60K, we have Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium that fits 42K and we have Zayed Sports City Stadium that fits 43K.
Not only this, but both YouTubers have made a scene in Dubai before and a big one at that thanks to ITP Live. Both internet personalities have done appearances, talks and vlogs in Dubai. Clearly they both like it out here.
