UAE-based real estate developer ALDAR Properties has announced the launch of its highly anticipated Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi, one of the first branded residences for the Nobu hospitality brand in the Middle East.
Located on Saadiyat Island, Nobu Residences plans to offer 88 spacious apartments, all with expansive views of the white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Nobu Residences have stated that the apartments “blend Nobu’s Japanese design and hospitality with modern luxuries to showcase a premium residential offering.” A true reflection of the Nobu brand.
Perhaps most famously know for their luxury dining experience, it should come to no surprise that the apartments’ kitchens have been thoughtfully curated in collaboration with Chef Nobu. Alongside the Residences, a Nobu Hotel with a range of luxurious guest rooms and suites as well as a destination Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar. Nobu Residences homeowners can even indulge in private dining by Nobu chefs in their own homes.
Members of the Nobu Residences community will have access to state-of-the-art wellness amenities, including a gym, steam room and sauna, indoor Zen Garden yoga space, cinema room, and a swimming pool overlooking the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, designed by world famous architect Frank Gehry.
Nobu Residences and Hotel is expected to open its doors to the public in 2027.
