There’s something about Saturdays that demands a ritual. For some, it’s a long run to earn a pint later but for others, it’s sleeping in until the sun insists you get up. But if your version of weekend fun involves brunch, then Tutto Passa will have you sorted.
The restaurant’s Amalfi Brunch returns this Saturday, October 18, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM – and it’s not your average buffet-and-bubbles situation. Think of it more as a laid-back Italian feast. It starts with a welcome drink, an olive bar, and a line-up of Italian cheeses and cured meats. You certainly can’t miss the Seafood Tower — a showpiece stacked with shrimp, lobster, scallops, oysters, and king crab.
From there, it’s a slow stroll through an array of starters. The caprese salad hits all the right notes with fresh buffalo mozzarella, while the traditional beef tartare and silky vitello tonnato offer that classic Italian decadence.
The live pizza station deserves its own round of applause. You’ll find Roman-style creations from the indulgent truffle & mushroom, to the rustic potato & rosemary. If focaccia’s more your thing, try the mortadella & stracciatella or the grilled vegetables & smoked scamorza – perfection with each bite.

Pasta lovers will be in good hands with ricotta and spinach ravioli, gnocchi in tomato sauce with mozzarella di bufala, and a creamy porcini risotto. From there, the menu builds into heartier territory – slow-baked lamb shoulder, Angus beef T-bone, grilled prawns, and salt-crusted salmon, each one made for lingering lunches and espresso-fuelled conversations.
And because no Italian meal feels complete without something sweet, dessert steps in right on cue. There’s tiramisu, torta caprese, lemon tart, Sicilian cheesecake, and soft bombolini available to choose from.
The atmosphere stays lively thanks to resident performers Ned & Roman, whose live sets set an easy rhythm for the afternoon. Families are also looked after, with a dedicated kids’ area – complete with nannies, face painting, and games – so the adults can actually enjoy their prosecco in peace.
Call it brunch, lunch, or simply a new Saturday ritual. However you frame it, Tutto Passa brings a generous dose of Italian charm to the weekend and a reminder that good food is always worth slowing down for.
