Dubai’s dining scene has just reached a new altitude. Sitting across the 74th, 76th, and 81st floors of Ciel Dubai Marina – the world’s tallest hotel upon opening – TATTU Dubai has officially opened its doors, marking the brand’s first international flagship outside the UK. And, as you’d expect from a city that never does things halfway, the launch wasn’t a quiet affair.
Earlier this month, the celebratory night saw Dubai’s insiders, tastemakers, and party regulars climb skyward for a three-level experience that fused fine dining, poolside glamour, and high-energy nightlife in one seamless journey. Guests began at TATTU Dubai Restaurant & Bar, sampling signature cocktails and contemporary Asian canapés, before drifting up to TATTU Sky Pool Dubai, where DJ Antonis played under the stars beside what’s now the world’s highest infinity pool. The evening ended on the 81st floor at TATTU Sky Lounge Dubai, a terrace so high you can almost see the city breathing beneath you.

“It was a celebration of everything TATTU stands for – artistry, innovation, and unforgettable experiences,” said Adam Jones, Co-Founder of Permanently Unique Group. “Dubai is a global leader in luxury lifestyle, and with this launch, we wanted to create something that truly reflects the city’s energy and ambition.”
That ambition is tangible from the first step inside the restaurant. The interiors are dramatic, steeped in mythology and texture, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Marina and The Palm. The food carries the same sense of theatre: expect menu favourites including Shanghai Black Cod glazed in hoisin, Seven-Spiced Seared Tuna with truffle aioli and caviar, and Wagyu Short Rib Mini Bao – each as indulgent as they sound. Even the business lunch is elevated – two courses for AED 149, or with a drink for AED 195.

By the time you reach the pool, the pace changes. The air opens up, the skyline stretches out, and everything feels lighter. TATTU Sky Pool Dubai is an open-air escape of plush daybeds, fusion flavours, and curated drinks – think sparkling teas, fizzes, and sunset spritzes that fit perfectly with the view. Prices start at AED 300, and the experience feels worth every dirham.
At the very top, TATTU Sky Lounge Dubai ties it all together. The world’s highest fully air-conditioned open-air terrace wraps the building in 360-degree views that shift from gold to violet as the city lights up. By day, it’s calm enough for afternoon tea (AED 175), but from sunset onwards, it transforms. Two cocktails and a Chef’s Platter for AED 195 mark the perfect start to the night, and once darkness settles, it becomes one of those rare places where the mood, music, and skyline align perfectly.
TATTU Dubai is now open daily at Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG.
