On the lower floor, a space frozen over complete with ice sculptures, an ice bar, and inventive sushi, sashimi and rolls takes center stage.

Offering a selection of three different price-packaged options, on Fridays you can catch the Kreme De La Mer brunch. The ice and fire stations come alive with culinary theatrics, offering up a selection of incredible sushi, ceviche, and other sharing dishes. If sea food doesn’t do it for you, also available is premium Angus beef or melt-in-your-mouth butter chicken, all skillfully paired with signature craft drinks.
Boasting an inventive menu and exploration into Asian gastronomy, every week from 12pm-4pm, Provok presents the ‘Uruma’ set piece Saturday lunch. Complete with an array of curated dishes, sharing style platters, and a comprehensive dessert menu by Provo’s Head Chef Taimoo Sun, this is a lively and tasty way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
The venue truly shines in the sunset hours, when Provok rolls out its ‘Puraseh’ early evening experience. Running Monday to Saturday from 5pm-7pm guests enjoy a special sunset menu with awe-inspiring views from the Sky Balcony.
