R&B fans, here’s a heads up: Palazzo Versace is hosting RIAA platinum-selling songwriter and musician Blake Winters. Performing here in Dubai until March 2, Winters is most well-known for his work on Chris Brown’s ‘Even’, a song that went platinum twice in the USA. He’s also collaborated with Sam Smith, lending vocals for the hit song ‘Love Me More’.
Winters’ work in the Philadelphia music scene has set him across the paths of celebrated musicians, including Teddy Riley, Rodney Jenkins and Laney Stewart. It’s an enviable set of names to have collaborated with, but Winters’ music at the Palazzo Versace speaks for itself.
Performing with backup from a live band at the hotel’s award winning stage at Q’s Bar & Lounge, a crowd can expect the soulful croons and strong beats the R&B genre is so well-loved for. Q’s stage will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, 7pm to 1am – a great way to end a night out with a bang.
