The Middle East Fashion Week is back with its hotly-anticipated second Edition this November.
The first edition of Middle East Fashion Week in March saw the legendary Professor Jimmy Choo OBE stunning the audience with his exquisite couture and bridal line, The Atelier Couture.
Dubai-based Filipino designer Ezra Santos, who has designed gowns for Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas and more, will also be debuting his latest collection.

“I am honoured and excited to exhibit my latest collection in Dubai after four years. I chose the Middle East Fashion Week – a fashion event of the highest international calibre. As the fashion capital of the Middle East, I believe that MEFW will finally put Dubai on the international fashion map having created a globally recognised fashion week. They bring so much to the table; their vision and professionalism are perfectly aligned with what a fashion week should be focused on,” said Ezra Santos, owner and Creative Director, Ezra Couture.
Middle East Fashion Week will be bringing in talent to debut collections ranging from Couture to Street, filling the programme with four days of spectacular runway shows.
Designer applications are open until 10th October 2022. To apply send and email to [email protected].
Governed by the Middle East Fashion Council, this edition will also highlight the business to business segment, intended to connect local and global talent with retailers and buyers. The “MEFW Showrooms” will be at the same venue, which will allow visitors to interact with the collections up close after seeing them debut on the runway.
The second edition of the Middle East Sustainable Fashion Forum will also host discussions around sustainability, luxury and fashion.
“The region is home to fantastic designers, yearning to share their creations with the world. With international and local buyers flocking to Middle East Fashion Week, it is without a doubt this is the perfect platform to make their debut,” says Simon J Lo Gatto, founder and CEO of MEFW and MEFC.

“While the glitz and glamour of the runway makes a lasting impression, the real magic happens behind the scenes. By bringing the brightest minds in the industry under one roof, we are working hard to help our designers propel their careers. We at the MEFW strive to set the wheels of change in motion for the fashion eco system in the region. Beyond silk and sequins, fashion is a key driver as a form of art passed down generations, one that creates employment and connects us all in so many ways” adds Payal Kshatriya Cerri, co-founder of MEFW and MEFC.
During the opening ceremony on 7 November, industry leaders, designers and fashion influencers will meet, network, and get ready for the upcoming week of fashion, followed by four days of fashion shows at The Agenda, Dubai Media City.
A closing party on November 10 will mark the end of the event.
