Vacheron Constantin has been around since 1755, so when they do something for the first time, people pay attention. And that’s what has just happened, their partnership with Mr Porter and Net-A-Porter marking the first time the storied Maison has collaborated on an exclusive Middle East edition with a retail partner.
The Patrimony has roots in Vacheron’s minimalist dress watches of the 1950s, with its circular case, dial and slim profile. It has always been gorgeous, and understated. It was revived by the Maison in 2004, and this latest collaboration carries on the legacy.

Sporting minimalist design cues, the watches carry on the timeless elegance the series is known for. Including a stunning, yet easy to read, dial with ‘pearl’ dots separating the hour markers. The green sunburst dial is paired with a matching alligator leather strap, further proof – if any was needed – that the green trend in watchmaking is here to stay.
Flipping the timepiece around you will find a transparent sapphire crystal caseback, revealing the Maltese cross inspired 22k open worked gold oscillating weight.
Another first for the Vacheron Constantin Patrimony collection is the presence of Arabic, which can be seen in the date aperture included at the 6 o’clock on the dial.

The men’s watch is the 40mm Mr Porter and is limited to 50 pieces. Each piece is individually numbered and engraved on the caseback.
“Vacheron Constantin is honoured to dedicate a new timeless signature of the Patrimony collection to our clients in the Middle East,” says Christophe Ramel, Middle-East Brand Director of Vacheron Constantin. “Celebrating the long-standing relationship between the Maison and the region that has existed since the very beginning of the 19th century.”
