Jabra is bringing its Elite headphones – which are a complete overhaul of its wireless earbuds range – to the UAE. The Jabra Elite headphones have been totally redesigned.
Jabra says its new Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 Active draw on “six generations of learnings” in the wireless space. As part of the design process, Jabra studied more than 62,000 different types of ear.
Esquire previously recommended the Elite 85H headphones in last year’s gift guide.
Jabra Elite headphones – the full range

Each earbud is designed for specific situations: The Elite 7 Pro buds cost around AE800 and feature a “MultiSensor voice” system. This system combines a bone conduction sensor with four microphones and algorithms to optimize call quality.

The Elite 7 Active earbuds cost AED700 and are made for running, fitness, and other activities that require a lot of movement. Jabra claims that the Pros’ sound quality should be the same as the Elite 7 Active, but they lack the same MultiSensor Voice technology to make high-quality calls. They also have a “ShakeGrip” coating that is said to provide a secure fit and won’t move during exercise.

The Elite 3 earbuds, which cost only AED350, are the most affordable true wireless buds Jabra has ever launched. They come with 6mm drivers and a 4-mic array for calling. Jabra also includes Qualcomm aptX HD at a very reasonable price.
The Elite 3s should last seven hours on a single charge, and 28 hours when used with a case. Although they don’t have active noise cancellation, the Elite 3 does come with a transparency mode – that lets you listen in to the world around you without removing your buds.
All earbuds are available in a variety of colours – light beige, dark grey and navy blue. All three hit tech stores later this month.
