Facebook users across the world are experiencing an incredibly weird glitch, in which their feeds are flooded with posts of people they don’t know commenting on celebrity pages that they don’t follow.

Meta is aware of the issue, commenting to Newsweek that “people are having trouble with their Facebook feed” without divulging more details, with engineers “working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.

Photos of Eminem, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Harry Styles, meanwhile, are clogging the feed.

Twitter, meanwhile, is clogged with people complaining about Facebook, posting memes and laughing all the way.

Facebook breaks down

“Is anyone else’s Facebook broken or have I been hacked. This is my entire feed,” said Twitter user @chrismearle.

“I enjoy that when one social media app is in complete disarray, I can jump onto a different one and see the chaos affecting other people in real-time,” added @TanookiSage.

“I don’t know what’s up with Facebook currently, but holy s**t is the timeline feed a disaster right now,” said another Twitter user.

Meanwhile, #FacebookHacked is the top trending hashtag on Twitter. No one is sure, however, if Facebook is actually hacked, if it is a glitch, or some other issue.

“Anyone else’s Facebook timeline filled with random bots posting on famous people’s walls? Has Facebook been hacked? #FacebookHacked,” tweeted Liz Scott.

“#CalculatedHack?” others are wondering.

Keep refreshing, and hopefully this all will be over soon.
