Gearing up for its third year in a row, the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open 2025 has finally arrived, starting next Monday, February 3, and concluding on Wednesday, February 11. Presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council at the iconic Zayed Sports City International Tennis Centre, this grand slam of an event will showcase some of the finest female tennis players from all around the world.

One of the highlights of the 8-day event will undoubtedly be reigning champion and currently ranked number 6 in the world, Elena Rybakina, who is returning to the court to defend her title after missing the end of last season due to illness and injury.
“Elena’s incredible performance last year set a new benchmark, and we’re looking forward to seeing her defend her title against another strong field of world-class players in Abu Dhabi. This tournament continues to grow in stature, and 2025 promises to be one of the most competitive editions yet,” said Tournament Director Nigel Gupta.
Featuring 28 elite singles players and 16 doubles teams, the event will feature an additional list of star-studded tennis icons such as Ons Jabeur, Belinda Bencic, Paula Badosa, Beatriz Haddad-Maia, and Daria Kasatkina.
