I wish somebody called me super if I expanded in size.
The last “super moon” of 2023 will take place on September 29, and Platinum Heritage is celebrating the exciting phenomenon with an exclusive astronomy night in the darkened serenity of the Dubai desert.
Gathering at Platinum Heritage’s private property and/or the Oasis Mall, guests will be escorted out into the the moonlit desert, a.k.a. Dune (sand worms and/or sword wielding Timothee Chalamet not included), where a renowned astronomer will guide participants throughout the evening. After all the eyeballs have been sufficiently wowed, guests will be transported back to a camp site where they will be treated to food, henna tattoos, bonfires, bread-making, an owl-encounter, and Arabian hospitality (anyone who returns with a Tyson-inspired henna face tat will get a high five from us).
So who and what exactly are Platinum Heritage you ask? They are a wildlife and safari park and the only Ecotourism Desert Safari company in Dubai, quenching the thirsts of curious, desert-seeking tourists from all around the world, and this event will undoubtedly be one for the ages.
The price for the astronomical evening is AED 395 for adults, and AED 295 for children aged 5-11, and those below 5 years of age will be free of charge.
