There are fewer more captivating views in Dubai than that of the terrace at the newly opened Attiko. Towering over the stunning Dubai Harbour, the restaurant is perched atop of the W Hotel – Mina Seyahi, and offers an experience as impressive as it is refined.
It makes perfect sense then that Esquire chose it to host the Dubai stop of Bell&Ross’ novelties roadshow.
Held in partnership with Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the latest new timepieces novelties from the French luxury watchmaker were on display for an Esquire-curated list of well-heeled guests.
As the cocktails and conversation flowed, Esquire’s Matthew Baxter-Priest spoke briefly about the history and recent successes of the revitalised brand, in particular the release of the BR-X5 collection.
Although Bell&Ross is well-known for its ability to make tool watches, the dynamic brand shook things up in 2019 with the introduction of its new watch silhouette, BR05, a more every day timepiece that became an instant hit with a younger, city-slick audience.

The overwhelming response from watch fans has since kept Bell&Ross on its toes, and the continuous additions to the collection have only worked to win over more fans. Hence the introduction of the BR-X5.

Essentially an evolution of the BR-05 collection, the new BR-X5 pieces are an elevated version of the highly popular range in both aesthetic and caliber of watchmaking.

Throughout the night, watch stories were traded and canapes were devoured in a night that was both impressive and refined.
