Here’s South African celebrity chef, Reuben Riffel, ahead of tonight’s Battle of the Chefs competition at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The battle of skills and creativity will take place between him and India’s first Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar.
Guests will be invited to watch the show, to chat with the chefs, to go into the kitchen and sample a four-course menu from both chefs and to decide who will win on the night.
Welcome drinks and canapés are personally prepared by Atul and Reuben. The results will be tabulated after the last course is served and the winner is declared at the end of the evening.
