The third edition of Dubai Fashion Week’s FW24 shows has just been announced for February 4-8, 2024. The highly-anticipated fashion event will take place at Dubai Design District (D3) in collaboration with the Arab Fashion Council and will host an exciting lineup of both emerging and established regional designers.
In true Dubai fashion, the announcement came in the form of a massive Times Square Billboard in New York City.
This year’s dates have been strategically moved up to the week immediately before New York Fashion Week to create “an optimal window for global visibility and buyers attendance”, shared Mohammed Aqra, chief strategy officer of the Arab Fashion Council.
Khadija Al Bastaki, senior vice president of D3 added in a statement: “The world is really beginning to see the incredible talent, creativity, diversity, and opportunity that Dubai offers the global fashion industry. In October, we set the bar for excellence high, and we are determined to follow up each edition with more outstanding, innovative, and inspiring collections than the one before.”
An official lineup of participating designers, as well as a program schedule, are expected to be announced soon.
