Dubai Hills is home to one of the city’s liveliest hotspots. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar officially opened its doors this winter, adding to the neighbourhood’s social scene. Known for its sleek interiors and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, this time The Lighthouse is dialling up the nightlife with cocktails, music, and a promise of a fun evening.
Designed by Archer Humphreys, the space feels modern yet inviting, blending clean lines with cosy details. Think bar seating, intimate lounges, and high tables that make it just as perfect for an after-work drink as it is for a full dinner with friends. “Our Dubai Hills venue reflects The Lighthouse’s unwavering commitment to crafting curated experiences from both a culinary and aesthetic standpoint,” says Founder Hashem Montasser.
The menu is as thoughtful as the design. While rooted in the Mediterranean flavours The Lighthouse is known for, the Dubai Hills outpost introduces some fresh highlights.

The short-rib katayef with green chilli jam is a must-try from the Bar Bites section, while the pistachio pesto linguini topped with creamy burrata is a standout main. Seafood fans will love the harissa-crusted seabass, served on roasted vine leaves and finished with olive oil, lemon, and chives.
Of course, no nightlife venue is complete without a stellar drinks menu. The Lighthouse has brought in top regional mixologists to craft cocktails that are anything but ordinary. The Café Boulevardier blends bourbon with Mancino Rosso and Amaro Montenegro for a rich, refined sip, while the Fiery Paloma is a smoky-meets-refreshing mix of mezcal, tequila, and grapefruit soda.

What really sets the Dubai Hills venue apart is its energy. Live DJ sets take over during the evenings. But it’s not just about the music. “We’ve tailored our space, menu, and activations to serve the community’s refined taste,” says Montasser. From wine-tasting workshops to community-driven events, the venue is as much about connection as it is about food and drinks.
The Dubai Hills opening is the latest in The Lighthouse’s expansion, joining other locations in Dubai Design District, Mall of the Emirates, Palm Jumeirah, and Yas Bay Waterfront, Abu Dhabi. The brand also has plans to open in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by 2025.
Whether you’re going for their dishes, expertly mixed cocktails, or just to enjoy the ambiance, The Lighthouse Dubai Hills is a definite visit for those looking for the best of the best in the city’s nightlife scene.
