While the rest of the world is double layering sweaters and shivering through the snow, you’ll be having a stratospheric drink with the Burj Khalifa to one side, and the moonlit Arabian Gulf on the other. And as the sun sets and the evening invades, the pulse of Mercury evolves with a selection of world-class DJ’s, electric live music, and sophisticated luxury.
With its other-worldly social dining and cosmically innovative cocktails, the iridescent terrace serves a curated menu with a focus on light nibbles erupting with flavour, specifically designed to enhance the appetite for whatever the unfolding night has in store.
Some of the Crudo Menu highlights include Beluga Caviar, Wild Sea Bass Ceviche, Fresh Oysters, and spicy Leche De Tigre.
Tuesday is ladies night, with free flowing drinks from 8pm-1am; Thursday is a musical haven with a slew of talented musicians; and to prepare for the week ahead, Sunday nights feature a live singer that’ll wash the impending Monday blues away.
As if your relatives even needed another excuse to come to Dubai for the holidays, the jewel atop the Four Seasons Resort Dubai is sparkling with potential memories for anyone who steps out onto its mesmerising rooftop.
