Set to open by the end of 2024, this resort in western Saudi Arabia will offer a range of accommodation options from suites to villas. The property is expected to feature 170 rooms and suites, alongside an array of dining experiences as well as Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa.
Dar Tantora, AlUla, Saudi Arabia

Opening in January 2024, this 30-room eco-lodge is created from restored mudbrick buildings. It offers traditional Bedouin living experiences with modern touches, including a pool, spa, restaurant, and café using local ingredients.
Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Saudi Arabia

Opening in Q1 2024, this super-luxury resort will be the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in the Middle East. It will offer 63 water and beach villas, along with a spa, swimming pools, culinary venues, a retail area, and a Conservation Center. Situated on private islands in the Red Sea’s Blue Hole cluster, it aims to blend luxury with environmental consciousness. Dedicated to underwater exploration, the property will feature a diving centre that will offer everything from deep-sea heritage diving excursions to snorkelling around the island’s outer reef.
