According to the incredibly unbiased Sara Sampaio (she who wears lingerie for a living as a Victoria’s Secret Angel), the correct purchase for a romantic holiday such as this one is – surprise, surprise – underwear!
But according to Sampaio, there are a few things that are most important when picking out skimpy clothes for your other half:
Think about her personality and personal style. Is she more casual? Does she like to dress-up? Does she have any favourite colours? Is she more sexy, flirty, sweet or sophisticated?
All good questions.
“Guys, take a second to peek into your lady’s dresser and see what size she is before heading to Victoria’s Secret,” says Sampaio; actively advising men to flaunt their other half’s wardrobe spatial boundaries.
“You’d hate to finally get the courage to walk into the store and realize you have no idea what size to tell the sales associate. Your lady will be happy you took the extra step when she opens up that box.”
