Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons are unveiling their much-anticipated Spring-Summer 2021 collection today at 4pm GST.
Raf joined Prada as Co-Creative Director in February 2020. He and Miuccia have forged and equal partnership, his first major brand collaboration since leaving Calvin Klein in 2018.
This is their biggest collaboration yet, leaving the fashion world waiting eagerly to see what the two unveil today.
The Prada SS22 Menswear show, which can also be found here, is set to utilise the landscape of Sardinia, Italy as its environment. As part of that Prada is supporting the MEDSEA Foundation to restore marine ecosystems with the reforestation of Posidonia oceanica meadows in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara.
Posidonia Oceanic is a marine plant that is endemic to the Mediterranean Sea, which provides a habitat for marine species and plays a crucial role in absorbing C02 and heping to mitigate the climate crisis.
