This is not the first time this has happened

A man snuck into Buckingham Palace while Queen Elizabeth slept soundly in her room at 2am this morning. According to The Sun, the man scaled a fence at the front of the building to get inside the nonagenarian monarch’s residence.

He then attempted to bang down the doors of the residence. One of the questions arisen from this incident is that why did it take the police almost four minutes to apprehend the man.

The royal standard was said to have been flying at the time of the intrusion.

The royal source added: “This intruder got into the Palace almost 37 years to the day since Michael Fagan ended up getting inside the Queen’s bedroom. There is a genuine theory and very real fear that he could have been launching a copycat operation.

This is not the first time such an incident has taken place.

In 1982, Fagan gained access to the Queen’s bedroom and proceeded to sit on her bed and tell her the problems he was facings.
