One of the most iconic fashion brands of all time, A.P.C., has just opened a store in the Middle East at the prestigious Solitaire Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Founded in Paris in 1987, the brand stands for Atelier de Production et de Création, and has been synonymous with long-lasting, high-quality, era-defining fashion for nearly four decades.

Designed by Laurent Deroo Architects and situated on the second floor of the Solitaire Mall, the store offers both men’s and women’s collections, as well as all the accessories for which the brand is so notoriously famous.

“We are thrilled to be working with a brand that has long embodied such ethos. Our passion for storytelling aligns seamlessly with A.P.C.’s core values of authenticity and transparency, combined with a sense of belonging and sustainability,” said Hisham Bedier, Managing Director of Beside, A.P.C.’s partner for the Middle East, where the brand plans to open more stores in the future.

Full disclosure: I always thought A.P.C. was a Swedish brand, simply because every single Swede I know swears by them, as such a level of worship is rarely found outside of brands not from Scandinavia (but as the Nordics are a very trend conscious bunch, this is only meant as a compliment). Only until recently did I discover their French roots which, when considering their timelessness and iconic silhouettes, really does make sense. Now, the Saudis can finally enjoy a taste of it, too.

Keep your eyes peeled for a store coming to Dubai soon.
