This family lived for 24-hours in their Dubai car
A British family of vloggers have spent more than 24-hours living in their car in Dubai.
The ‘Fizz Family’ is made up of Darren, Georgie, Mia, and Karma who travel around the world recording travel and food videos.
According to the family’s YouTube page, they are in town visiting Dubai and thought to undertake the challenge to spend 24-hours living in their car. The family appears to drive around Dubai finding breakfast, lunch and dinner, before ending up at The Last Exit behind Jebel Ali Hills.
The family – who leave pregnant mum Georgie back at home – first attempt to sleep at The Last Exit, before being put off by the number of security guards. Eventually, they find their way to a car park somewhere in Dubai.
While this was part of an overnight challenge, sleeping in your car remains illegal in Dubai. UAE drivers have been warned against sleeping in their cards, due to both dangers of carbon monoxide, suffocation and overheating.
The Dubai Police instead recommend taking short breaks by getting out the car when driving long distances or over long periods of time.
