Ever felt like Black Sabbath wasn’t merely a band to enjoy, but a lifestyle to emulate both on, and off, the stage? Well, such dreams may no longer be a fantasy, but a very tangible reality.
Jack Daniel’s has returned with the highly anticipated Battle of the Bands, and the iconic whiskey maker has joined forces with Barasti – the multi award-winning beach bar – to search for the best band, a.k.a. the hardest rockers, in the UAE.

On top of of winning the Jack Daniel’s Battle of the Bands 2024 competition and joining Jack Daniel’s hall of fame of the greatest musical talent in the UAE, the winning band will get an all-expenses-paid trip to the US.
Whilst there, winners will be visiting the legendary Jack Daniel’s distillery in Tennessee, as well as enjoy studio recording time in Nashville – the home of music.
Taking place at 8:00pm every Thursday from August 15, bands will play head-to-head in a knock-out competition. The series of heats will commence on the following dates:
