Delivery driver delivers food via jetski in Kuwait
With the global pandemic affecting the service industry in a dramatic way, creativity has come to the fore front - and in the case of Kuwait, the seafront.
Over the weekend, having received a very specific delivery order, the delivery service Talabat endeavoured to make good on its promise to deliver anywhere with one of its drivers jumping on a Jetski to make the order to a boat floating several hundred metres off shore.
The video (below) was captured by some other seafarers off the coast of Kuwait City, sees the delivery driver bringing food to a luxury yacht.
Last year an new online initiative called 'Daily by Talabat' was implimented by the Kuwait-based company Talabat, that ensured grocery goods were delivered to a customers’ doorsteps in just 15 minutes.
The company wanted to offer the market the lowest time to deliver goods at an affordable price point. This Jetski delivery may not have done it under 15 minutes, but we'll give them serious points for creativity.
