Bvlgari has just launched its e-commerce site in the UAE
The coronavirus pandemic has hit the retail industry pretty hard. While shops and malls are now open in the UAE, Bvlgari has decided to launch its e-commerce site in the UAE to lure in the shoppers who would prefer to social distance and shop from the comfort of their homes.
According to the official release, the roman jeweler offers an amazing and exclusive 360 degrees experience with the same level of service excellence delivered in a Bvlgari boutique.
The new e-shop experience includes a dedicated e-concierge team, comprising a team of professionals ready to address any customer enquiries. The platform is also enhanced with 3D product images and augmented reality (AR) features.
“E-commerce must be an engaging and exclusive 360-degree experience, offering the same service of excellence delivered in a Bvlgari boutique. Not to mention the complementarity of the website with the boutiques in terms of content and information,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari.
The UAE launch is one of many with the Singapore virtual store launching just days before and Italy, France, Korea, Mexico and Brazil next in line to open shop.
