Billie Eilish breaks records with Bond theme
Billie Eilish can add another gong to her long list of accolades: most successful James Bond theme song ever.
No Time to Die went straight to number one, becoming the 18-year-old star’s first British chart-topper.
The single – which was co-written and produced by Eilish and her brother Finneas, earned itself 10.6 million streams – making it the biggest opening week for a single so far this year.
Last month, Eilish was the breakout star of the Grammy’s, winning five awards: Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best New Artist.
She also won best international female solo artist at last week’s Brit Awards, where she also performed her Bond track.
Eilish is also the youngest ever artist to record a Bond theme song.
