The new Star Wars hotel takes you to a galaxy far, far away
Fans of Star Wars have been waiting for the new DisneyLand hotel for years, for their very own chance aboard the Millennium Falcon. But now the new Disney park has gone a step further. They've recently announced a new cruise ship as part of the hotel.
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will give you a chance to visit alien planets, learn about navigating a ship and the all important lightsaber training required for both jedis and siths.
Aboard the ship Halcyon, the two night experinece includes a trip to the planet of Batuu as well. The hotel has been decribed as being a "legendary ship with an unparalleled level of service".
Ann Morrow Johnson, a creative director at Walt Disney Imagineering said: "There are characters on the ship, and many you will be meeting for the first time. It's a dangerous time in the galaxy and you should be wary about who you make allegiances with because your choices matter. The choices will affect how your 'Star Wars' story unfolds."
Disney has yet to reveal more details but we'd guess that the opening date should be sometime around the release of the new movie Rise of the Skywalker.
